I had to ask around a few times because the stock info didn’t seem to be updated, so it was hard to know what was actually available. The whole experience felt a bit impersonal too, like I was just another ticket number being passed along.

I’ve been waiting on my refund and it’s taking way too long. Support does reply, but nothing actually seems to move forward, which is usually how it goes with these things. Feels like refunds are always the slowest part for every company. Frustrating and I’m not happy about it.

I was really happy with the way they handled communication through the whole process. Before I placed my order, I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask just to make sure I understood everything, and they got back to me quickly with answers that were actually easy to understand. There wasn’t any confusing back and forth or vague replies where you feel like you have to ask the same thing again. They just gave me the information I needed in a simple, clear way, and that made the whole experience feel a lot more relaxed and straightforward.

My first impression wasn’t great. I reached out to support and ended up waiting way too long for a reply. It’s frustrating when you need help and just sit there wondering if anyone is going to get back to you.

"Warranty details felt a bit disappointing"
I bought a watch from prestigetime, the price seemed decent and the shipping went smoothly enough. For what I paid, that part felt fair, but I didn’t realize the warranty wasn’t the same as the manufacturer’s warranty, and that ended up feeling like a important catch.
When I ran into a small issue, the warranty process felt more limited than I expected. Customer support did respond, but I wouldn’t say they were especially helpful. Maybe I should’ve read the details more carefully, but in my opinion, warranty info like that should be much clearer before you buy...

I got all the way to checkout and then just stopped because the payment page felt a little sketchy. There wasn’t enough clear security info, and I didn’t feel comfortable putting my card details in. I hate when you’re basically forced to be patient and dig around for reassurance that should already be obvious. In the end, I didn’t want to risk it

I was just browsing at first, but there was something about it that kept me looking around. The selection was way better than I expected, with a bunch of different brands and models all in one place. It made comparing watches easy without feeling like I had to jump around everywhere.

I got the watch last week, and as far as I can tell, the condition was close to what the listing showed. There was a tiny mark on the clasp that I don’t think I noticed in the photos, though maybe I just missed it. Overall, it felt fair and there weren’t any real surprises...

I brought it in for a repair hoping it would come back fixed, but the whole process was slow and the work felt really sloppy. When I finally got it back, it seemed worse than when I dropped it off. Super frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’re just hoping someone will take care of it properly.

I ordered the watch from overseas, and while the watch itself was totally fine, the shipping experience was messy. The tracking didn’t update for several days, so I ended up having to email them just to find out what was happening.
It did arrive safely in the end, but the lack of clear customs info and delivery timing felt avoidable. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I’d be hesitant to order internationally from them again.

"Return policy felt harder than it needed to be"
I ordered a watch from PrestigeTime and, to be fair, the watch itself was fine. My issue was more with the return policy, which felt a bit too strict for a purchase at this price point.
I get that returns need rules, and obviously you can’t just send something back however you want, but there were so many details around tags, timing, shipping, and condition that it made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.
I’m not saying they’re a bad company, but common sense says a higher-end purchase should come with a return process that feels a little more customer-friendly. Giving 2 stars mainly because the policy left me with a bad impression.

"Warranty claim was smoother than I expected"
I had to deal with a warranty issue, and it went better than some other warranty claims I’ve had with different companies. It did take a little while to get everything sorted out, but support kept checking in and didn’t leave me wondering what was going on. Overall, not perfect, but a decent experience.

"Sizing was almost there... kind of"
I ordered a watch from prestigetime.com and asked them to size it before shipping. It showed up close, but still a little loose on my wrist, because apparently “sized” is more of a general suggestion. I ended up having to take it somewhere local to get adjusted again. The service was fine overall, I just wish they’d checked the fit a bit better before sending it out.
